Demolition consisted of removing all materials except structural components, portions of slab-on-grade for new underground plumbing, and the roof. A small portion of exterior masonry and stucco was installed to replace existing door openings. Interior construction consisted of repairing wood trusses, repairing/leveling existing slab-on-grade, and installing metal stud walls, insulation, gypsum wallboard, vinyl wall covering, wood trim, plastic laminate, carpet, VCT flooring, acoustical ceilings, roof hatch, signs, various types of doors, cabinets, casework, and complete mechanical and electrical systems. Exterior work included new SBS roofing, new asphalt shingle roofing, and new structural steel members on the roof to support new rooftop HVAC units. Asphalt patching was completed as required including sealing and striping.
